I won a gift card in the auction a couple weeks befor Labor Day but I still have not received and I have emailed them a couple times with no response and I heard that they may be going down which stinks because this would have been my second time to use my points and not get the gift card I won!

Their customer service (?) doesn't seem to respond. I have emailed them several times asking about the online auctions with no response.
