Just got off the phone with this survey place. What a bunch of crap..they said i only recorded 1 or 2 drinks a day. And that you have to have at least 3 a day or your kicked out. She went on to say well you could of recored 1 on one day and 4 on another..Ok who only drinks 1 bottle of any thing a day?? Oh and i should e-mail them and they can explain it better for me...

Lightspeed doesn't respond to emails. i sent at least 10 of them when they owed me points for focus group. Only way I finally got my pts was by going to the BBB. Good luck and don't give up!!

Thanks. I ment to say i would be e-mailing the ppl i got the palm from which i did & called them too. All so filed a claim with the bbb.

I did one a couple years ago and had no problem at all. I was paid just like they said and never had to contact them to get my money.

you dont contact lightspeed you contact the people who the study was thru and you also have to tell the BBB the name of the company.they had a list on the site when I complained and the name of the place came up in a drop down menu I think it was.I filed online and it was less than a month and I got my check I told them that it didnt say how many times a day it needed done or how many drinks a day and what they told me in the letter saying why my son wasnt eligible and I told them there was nothing wrong on my end and it was sent back on the right day and blah blah blah I also told them that others were being screwed out of their checks as well. BBB then sent me a letter about a week after saying they contacted the company(the company has 30 days to respond to their first email and then another 30 days after the second email) after the first email the BBB sent them it was like 3 weeks later maybe a month that I got the check no letter with it explaining or anything.

Guess what fedex brought me today. My check for $50. I had to sign for it and its not the $60 like they said but i'll take the 50 better than nothing and i wont be doing surveys for them again ever.
