did anyone else do the paid beverage survey with the palm pilot? - Page 4 - Big Big Forums

It was for the beverage study, I still have my papers and it said you will earn $60,of which $10 cash came with the Palm Pilot,the check is for the $50 balance they owe us.

well my papers i got with it said $10 at the start of the study and $65 after the study was complete we did get the $10 with the palm pilot but I was suppose to get a total of $75 altogether. I dont understand why mine said $75 study and yours is only $60 maybe thats why some of us got screwed out of the money. that really doesnt make sense .did anyone else get a paper saying their study was for $75?

Well you can add me to the list of not getting my money. I just got a letter in my snail mail from them today saying every thing you all got in your e-mail. I will never do another survey like this again..what a bunch of crap

how long did they make you wait before they sent the letter out? I was just wondering if they are sending them fast they already know they aren't paying and still gonna use the information ya put in

well heres an update I got a $50 check last week after writing to the BBB(better business bureau) and complained to them and surprise I got a check in the mail for $50 not the $65 I was told my son would get but hey Im not complaining about $50 I guess it pays to complain so if I were you loveswolfs Id write to the BBB(they have an online form) and complain to them and maybe in a few weeks youll get your check also like I did mine

On 9-17 i posted i just got done doing this. The letter from them has a date of 10-15 & i got the letter today 10-18.

Yep i will be writing to the BBB all so today, was going to send lightspeed a e-mail too but might just do the bbb.

I truly believe going to BBB is always a good option when you get screwed over I did that to another company a while back and finally got my money and closed my account with them

just tell them what the arrangement was.....as in your part and theirs let them know you did your part and now they aren't paying you even though you did everything the way that you were asked to. I would try phoning the Research Int. ppl first to see what they say maybe a simple BBB threat will be enough
