My son participated in it and followed the directions and received NOTHING after returning the Palm Pilot. The reason they gave was "missing entries", really a huge letdown to a kid especially

well I havent received anything yet but Id better get paid something or Im going to write a nasty email not that it will help but that thing was a pain in the butt. my son logged in every day sometimes 6 or 7 times so they better not tell me there were missing entries they called me several times to see if he was still doing the survey of course dummy me didnt save the number on the caller ID. I will call tomorrow and see what they say

I got this once years ago and was paid $70 total. $10 cash and a check a month after I send it back.

UPDATE
my son received a letter from them saying he wasnt eligible for his final incentive because of one or more of the following reasons
1-there were 2 or more consecutive days without any entries
2-there were 2 or more consecutive days without reaching a minimum number of entries each day
3-the total number of occasions did not meet the minimum number required
4-the palm was reset to a regular palm upon arrival resulting in no retrievable data
5-the palm was dead upon arrival resulting in no retrievable data
6- the palm and all other equipment as outline in the "return mailing instructions" were not returned in good working condition
7-the PDA kit was not returned within 5 business days of the final day of the 2 week recording period
8a malfunction or problem with the palm zire21 was not reported immediately to the ITRAC help desk
that being said I wrote them a letter telling them they were full of it since NONE of the reasons above were true. I sent the dang thing back the same day they had you do the final survey. fed ex came and picked it up I know I called to have them pick it up and they did. also it was working fine no problems with it except I did notice that the days were off by say 12 hrs or so and mentioned it to them but still there was a total of 14 days that my son recorded all his beverages. I know cause I had to help him the first day to figure it out and made sure he did it every time he had something to drink.so what did they expect? anyway I told them in the email what did they want my son to do LIE? I told them that I think id talk to the BBB(better business bureau) and whoever else about how they are ripping people/ kids off.my son did ALL of what he was suppose to right down to the T if something was wrong with their unit it was after it left here. I will NEVER let my son do another survey like this for them again.

Wow i hope your son gets his money. I just got done doing this for the second time & had i not needed the money i wouldnt not of did it cuz it really is a pain in the butt.

My sister says my nephew got that same letter. Word for word. Now they can't log in to Lightspeed as their email is no longer registered. I told her to contact the BBB. What a letdown!!
