    Thumbs down Had It With Testspin

    I just spent 10 - 15 minutes on a soft drink survey that they said should only take 8 minutes only to get SORRY you don't qualify. Do Not take all my responses then give me nothing. I am trying to get $5.00 more dollars so I can cash out and be done with them but after the letter I wrote them they will probably throw me out. I am so furious right now I don't care if they drop me before I can cash out. Sorry all, I just had to vent.

    Yea same thing on same survey just happened to me-has became nore and more regular with them-once u near completion then they decide u do not qualify-

    Not only that, but when you do qualify and complete a survey it takes them two months to credit your account.

    ditto with test spin

    The same thing happened to me with the soft drink survey... Took me at least 15 min for this so called 8 min survey and then they say I don't qualify?!? Seems like the same thing has happened to me the last several times I've attempted surveys for them.

    Add me to the list. I believe I took the same survey. This is happening more often to me @ Testspin. After 12 mins., I'm figureing "Yay! At least I'll get credit for this 1, even though it's taking a bit longer". Then Poof! I don't qualify?????

    That's too bad. I just cashed out there for a $10 Amazon a couple of weeks ago & very close to getting another. But it's getting way too frustrating to keep wasting my time. I don't think it's fair. They could ask the deciding questions w/i the 1st 3 mins! They end up gettting so much free info!
    Next time I'm going to email them. Maybe it would help if we all did that.

    This is exactly why I've quit doing Testspin surveys. I never seem to qualify, even after spending a good 10 minutes answering their questions. I sometimes don't even get to DO the survey before I'm told I don't qualify. WTF? Then why send me the survey in the first place, you have all my demographic information already!?!

    I think if EVERYONE would always email ANY survey company that does things like this repeatedly, we would finally get them to fix their problems. I sometimes feel like I am the only one taking the time to complain about getting things working right. There is strength in numbers.

    I do know someone who complained to them very loudly and also through a survey police site.......he was banned from the site for complaining lol

    I got the same survey, looked like it was a survey to update my profile, did anyone notice that?
    It said they are updating profiles or something like that, spent a good 10 minutes on it only to get "you do not qualify"

    I was stunned.

    I didn't get that survey but i do get sent many surveys per week......for which I do not qualify! It takes a very long long time for me to accrue the $10 I need for a GC, but I did get one a few weeks ago....took me this whole year and thensome. I'll keep on trying though.
