    Question mypoints and account info

    how do you find it now. I have tried to figure out where you find your clicking etc. Like we used to be able to do to prove we went thru their site etc. I cannot figure out where its at!!

    I was just coming here to ask the same question. I am having a lot of trouble figuring out the new site, like the easy points etc. Sure hope it gets better because its my favorite program.

    I can't remember who it was, someone said we should all contact them about this new look and tell them we don't like and i think they are right. I know i'm going to!! I can't find half of the stuff i look for!!

    I am going to email them too. I click on the account link in the corner but all I get is my address and email info. I cant get past that.

    All I know is that when I do I get all my account info including a place I can get all my past transactions for a week at a time or up to the last 3 months. Plus I can edit my profiles if I would want to.

    Editing, I played with it and finally figured it out. you have to keep clicking on show details. Its annoying to have to keep clicking on that little box. I did contact them and said i did not like this new site though.

    Here is the response they sent me after i told them about my distaste for their site! and how i was having problems.
    Here at MyPoints, we've worked feverishly on a new and improved Website
    experience. As you may have already noticed it is now live. You have
    all the same Point-earning opportunities you love, on a Website that's
    easier to use.

    Here's the bottom line:
    Your Point balance will remain intact.
    Your information will remain secure and private.

    As the Website is brand new you may experience minor bugs in the next
    couple of days, and if so, we would truly appreciate your help in
    identifying any problems. We would also love to here your feedback on the new
    Website.

    To do either, please click on the following link:

    Then select the appropriate Subject and enter your comments in the
    field provided. You can also use this web form and select the appropriate
    Subject to inform Member Services of any non-Point Crediting problems,

    I emailed them about the new site being soooo slow. Hopefully they'll fix that. I like the old site a lot better, pages loaded faster and it was easier to get around the site.

    I emailed them twice now about not being able to see my account. I don't like the new site and told them. Too drab and hard to use. I sure hope I can get into my account statement soon. GRRRRR
