ANOTHER Zoompanel problem :(
I finally won tonight on the spin to win at the end of a survey I was shocked and excited. I put my email address in to claim my prize that it said I would have to choose and got the following message:
Prize Already Redeemed
It appears that this particular prize has already been submitted as an order. Click here to see the Official Rules
I haven't redeemed a prize. This is my first time even winning in the spin to win. I just emailed them about it. I hope they get it fixed. It seems to be one thing right after another with them lately. It never even let me see what prizes I could have won

Re: ANOTHER Zoompanel problem :(
I'd be pretty hot if that happened to me! I sent them an email about a spin to win error message I got, and they just gave me random responses like there will be more surveys coming, blah blah blah.
You'll probably have to check on the status of your question daily. They like to forget about some of our questions and hope that we'll forget that we wrote to them. Definitely insist on getting something from them. If you won a prize, they should have to hold up their end and send you what you won.
I'm so sick of not getting anything from the spin to win. I won't take a survey unless the email says it's for points. It's not fair for them to get our survey answers and give us nothing, not even a sweeps entry.

Re: ANOTHER Zoompanel problem :(
I did what the spin to win faqs told me to do if I had a problem. I sent the link to the survey I took, the time I won the spin to win, and my address. I agree. I want my prize whatever it is. I am tired of doing so many surveys for nothing. It is just getting to be a pain to have to beg for everything from them. They used to be one of my favorites. I just hate they are going downhill.

Re: ANOTHER Zoompanel problem :(
I'm really hoping that they're not going downhill. I can rack up a ton of points with them and they always send my dvds quickly. But it's a big load of crap when they get completed surveys from us and don't give us anything for it. They got our answers, so they should have to compensate us somehow.
It seems to me that they should have had the bugs worked out before they switched to spin to win instead of sweeps entries.

Re: ANOTHER Zoompanel problem :(
I had the very same thing happen last night. I emailed them but then just happened to think to check my account balance and saw that it said I had won 10 pts from the spin to win.

That is weird that it would tell you that you had to choose your prize from a list of prizes and then only give you 10 points. It seems like I could have gotten excited for nothing

Re: ANOTHER Zoompanel problem :(
Well now I know someone DOES actually win that stupid spin to win! I thought it was rigged.

It sure was strange. Did you notice the wheel spun much faster on the winning spin? Usually it spins really slow for me then last night it spun really fast. Believe it or not they already replied to my email and told me that I had won 10 points and they were credited to my account which they were. I don't know why they acted like I could pick a prize then told me it was already redeemed when it was only for 10 points. I really hope that you won a nice prize. Let us know what you find out.

Yeah, I noticed that too, the wheel did spin much faster. I still haven't heard back from them, but I will keep you posted. I just think if you win points they shouldn't get your hopes up by saying that you are going to get to pick a prize. In my opinion they should give us more than 10 points for a win too since you get 50-75 points for an average survey. They are still coming out on the better end of the deal by only giving 10 points. Just my opinion.

Re: ANOTHER Zoompanel problem :(
I feel the same way. If they are going to have where we win points at least make it worth while.

Re: ANOTHER Zoompanel problem :(
ITA. 10 points is almost an insult for spending 20 minutes on a survey. They're getting the much better deal. I miss the sweeps entries. At least we had a chance at winning something decent.
