Is anyone getting their points credited the same day you took the surveys? I qualified for 10 surveys in the last few days and have yet to see any points. Usually I get an email right after I take the survey, but nothing lately. Is it just me?

10 in the past few days??? WOW I'm luck if I get 2-4 a month lol, nevermind trying to qualify, but I have been getting credit.

I would try emailing them........I haven't had problems getting credit had a bit of trouble with a $5 amazon with them once but got it cleared up

They send my tons of surveys. For me, they're one of the easiest sites to rack up points.

I did email them about it. Even sent them the survey invite email. They usually give me some off the wall response that has nothing to do with my original question. Their tech support is horrible.

This always happens to me and I always have to email them about it. Last Monday I took a weekly restaurant survey for 50 points and didnt receive the points and wrote them about it. Yesterday, (7 days later...) I got an email back from them asking me what the survey number was...I wrote back PLEASE READ MY WHOLE EMAIL!!! I REPLIED TO YOU FROM THE SURVEY EMAIL!!! THE LINK IS ON THERE!!!! They replied to me today that they were "sorry for the confusion" and they gave me the points. I looked through my survey history yesterday and I have at least 10 survey adjustments...where I had to ask or better yet beg for my points.

some surveys credit right away and some I had to wait maybe about a week, then I'd get the email that my account had been credited

I'm having problems, too. I have emailed & it's not doing any good. I had the same problem a few months ago. I did surveys, I didn't get credit, I emailed and nothing. I stopped doing their surveys. They sent me bonus points & I started again. Now it's the same old problem!

They finally credited my points after I sent them every survey invite email that I was missing the credit for. What a PITA! We shouldn't have to beg for our points like this.
