Can someone please help with My Points?

Hi, I'm having a problem with mypoints. Every time I click on an email from them or I go to their website and try to sign in I get the following message:

"Please enable cookies and retry your request."

I've tried everything I can think of but still can't get it to work.

Have you tried clearing your cookies (or at least your MyPoint cookie if you don't want to clear all cookies) and your cache? Maybe you have a corrupted cookie.

Yes i agree, make sure you clear your cookies, cache etc. If you have to do a disk cleaner. That helped me last year when i was having problems.

did you reboot your computer after wards? Not sure if that will help. Also maybe you do have a spyware problem interferring with cookies. maybe run your spyware.

I have been having lots of problems with my cookies and alot of survey sites.....I go thru netscape now instead of IE

Somtimes I have problems with the classmates site. Says I need cookies. I found out that somehow it got on my restricted site list. I just removed it from the restricted sites list and it worked fine.
Go to tools, options, security, restricted sites, sites, hilight the site you want to remove. Click ok. Ok again. Hope this works.
