Same survey for me. No way! If I want to try something at a discount I'll look for a coupon. And they mention earning more reward points as an incentive for signing up for this type of campaign. Who cares if there's nothing to spend them on?
Personal guess is they've decided they've got enough good pr and financial capital now, so they don't need to worry about pissing off us existing agents. Especially not now that they've gone international.
