Jackpots or Cherries is the way to go if you play Slots. Jackpots is where everyone takes turns cashing in on the Winnie Jackpot which is worth 6,600 pts for members and 1,650 for non-members. What you do is decide on an order of who gets all the Winnies and Wilds that everyone spins. Then you share them with that person until they get a jackpot, and then move on to the next person on the list. It works great since the room is acting as a team instead of everyone spinning for themselves. Just make sure you find a room with players you trust who won't take the Winnies and run.

Cherries is totally different. The objective in Cherries is to get matches with cherries, which is the most common piece. 5-person matches are worth 500 pts for members and 125 pts for non-members. While going for the 5-person matches you'll also get 4 and 3-person matches too. Jackpots are secondary to getting matches, and this means that to do well, players have to be willing to spin away good pieces (even Winnies if necessary) to get as many cherries as possible. Players will pause spinning when they get a cherry and then spin again after the cherry has faded. Obviously this strategy only works in a room where everyone is on board and willing to spin for cherries and sacrifice jackpots for the common good. It's also not worth it in rooms that aren't full as you can never get the 5-person match. In a good room, however, you can easily get a few 5-person matches every few minutes, which will make add up to more than what you get from jackpots.

Majickal1, if you hate the site so much, why don't you quit? Why are you still a gold member there?

You say the site sucks, a lot of people suck, the lag sucks... So why still visit the site? If it's so hard to earn your monthly fee back that you have to pray you can earn it back, I'd think you'd just quit. Obviously there is something that is keeping you coming back? I just don't get it.

And don't try to use your newbie lines on me... I've been a member almost as long as you have.

Besides, you bragged earlier that you've been playing for free the past 6-7 months because you've filed a dispute with your credit card company. I think are the last person who should be lecturing free members since you aren't paying any more than they are right now. Although any bank/credit card company that allows that to go on for 6-7 months deserves to be out of business. I'd at most allow you to file a dispute for the first month after the changes since the rules were changed after you paid. If you decided to continue as a member and pay with my company's credit card AFTER knowing the new rules, I'd say tough luck. At that point you knew what services you were paying for with the credit card.

Can some please point me to a cherries group? I have played 1 time and love it! but can't find anyone else who plays it! I can't start it in a room because I'm not exactly sure how to play myself.

I play for free, and love it. The people there help each other, and I'm learning how to make my points add up faster. I am thinking about becoming a member.

Another good game to play on Winster is the spelling game. I stopped playing cherries and slots completely (which i was totally addicted to) because i make so much points spelling. You can also use www.anagrammer.com alongside winster and put in your letters for words sometimes you need to put in ?? after your letters in order to find larger words. It takes a bit of getting used to but once i did i realized i make WAY more points than either slot game. My friend and i decided to test out the 12 word vs. 9 word game. IN a half hour she made 17,000 points playing 12 letter words and i made 24,000 and some odd points playing 9 letter words you hardly have to trade but of course it is always nice. Less spins more points.

I recently went to basic member because i had 8000 points that no matter how hard i tried i couldnt get rid of. Now i just dont have as much time as i used to in order to play. But i still get on every chance i get for a while there the site was working fine. As of recent it has been lagging again but still all in all it's free money and fun if your a free member and a profit if your not. Just wanted to share the info on Spelling.
