Just got the above email from them. I called last night and got nowhere. Any ideas? Anyone get an email like this for their redemption?

OK I just got off the phone with them again. Apparently I needed to call them because I never claimed my $50 (I never got it). So now I have to wait another week for them to send me a new one.

I never got mine and never even received an email about not getting it.
I gave up doing them completely months ago since I am getting nothing for it.

Just got this from freeride

Dear FreeRiders,



I sent an email yesterday to everyone stating that there were Virtual Visas at eCount to be claimed. This morning I learned that there was an error at eCount with the issue of the Virtual Visas and also with them sending out notifications to FreeRide’s customers.



The solution that is going to take place is that they are going to fix the problem ASAP and will send notifications to everyone by the end of business today. No later.



Please allow until the end of the day for them to send the notifications with the Virtual Visas attached. I am definitely holding them to this promise because it is not only frustrating for you but for me also.



I certainly apologize for the situation and will be checking with eCount to make sure that they stand behind their promise.

I got mine today too. I just counted up - I am amazed - I earned $1000 from FR last year. At least I only have to claim $950 on my taxes..
