I filled it out when it was first posted, I had gotten an email invite from buzzback. That was probably several weeks ago. Then on Monday 12/11 I got an email from kajeet saying my order shipped. I had no idea what it was for, then yesterday FedEx came and brought the phone.

This is the same thing that a greenfield? survey I did through Mypoints recently led to. I got told that I was accepted to participate but have heard nothing more and that was a week ago.
