I JUST RECEIVED TWO CODES in the mail! Guess I will redeem them, still am unable to get through on the phone lines. HOPE the other 5 come through soon but I wonder! But at least I should be glad I got two, better than zero.

I received a reply from FIRM and one virtual visa account code. They sent 2 emails, but the account code was a duplication. At least I got something

I emailed them when I read the post from OP on Saturday and received the same reply from FIRM today as well as the email from ecount.
They do respond.

I called the 1-800 number and my email address was wrong in their system. The lady fixed it for me and 10 minutes later I had my 2 visas. I had sent 3 emails over the weekend but someway part of my email address got left out.Hope this helps someone. April

I also received my $25.00 certificate today. I went an activated it like they said and went over to Homedepot.com to order a certificate, put in all the information and the visa #, Unfortunately this is the email that Homedepot sent me. So I sent another email to ecount/firm/fuse whatever asking what is going on.
Dear Home Depot Customer,
We're unable to receive authorization from your issuing bank. We
suggest you contact them for an explanation. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
Thank you.
Just tried again on the HD site, this is the response that I get there.
The credit card you have entered cannot be processed at this time. Please use a different credit card, or call your card-issuing bank for more information.
