Ive heard of this happening to people, but Ive taken a ton of surveys with them and have always either screened out after a minute or two or been able to complete the entire survey.
Write to their support and demand your points..... They've been helpful in the past so perhaps youll get something out of it

i agree, i get oodles of surveys for them, and if i screen out, it is very quickly. i contacted them one time about a late check, and they gave me 100 points for having to wait.

I used to get several a week from them, but never had a problem. Now I am lucky if I get one every couple of weeks. I thought maybe they had stopped sending them to everyone.

I tried that once before, and they were less than helpful to me. I got nada. I don't want to completely alienate them, since I do get a lot of surveys from them and they have a great cash-out and the points add up pretty quickly. But dammit - it's not right that you spend a full 20 minutes doing a survey for 5 points! Sorry, my time is more valuable than that.

I would contact them. I love GTM and I realize I am one of the few that do. I get tons of surveys from them, usually screen out quickly and still get a check about every 3 months or so. I am a stay at home mom with extra time so it doesn't bug me. The only time I have had to contact them, I did almost an entire survey, got to the part where it says these next few questions are for classification purposes only or something and got knocked offline by a storm. I emailed, they apologized for something that was not even their fault and gave me 100 points PLUS what I had earned from the survey, had I finished.

I have had that problem before but not with Global Testmarket. I actually have cashed out for around $50 twice with GTM.
It's very aggravating when that happens, I have that problem with Survey Spot and OTX a lot. I have gotten where I don't take their surveys often because of it.

I see now I'm not the only one who's getting fewer survey opportunities from them.
In my case, it coincided with contacting support for points not showing up from an interactive, and as soon as that was straightened out (they were having technical problems) I stopped getting stuff from them as much (but still have gotten a couple).
I wonder if they are just experiencing a slow-down right now.

i have yet to get throu a survey I got a whopping 95 points what can I ever get for that
