zoompanel ??????

I received the weirdest email from Zoom panel rewards today, and I don't understand why they classify me as inactive. I do a weekly restaurant survey for them every week, and do every survey I get. So I atleast have points posted once a week. I have emailed them about this, but just wondering if anyone else has received this letter. I don't have enough points at the moment to even get the lowest prizes.

Dear ZoomRewards,

ZoomPoints are subject to expiration due to inactivity in the
Zoompanel. As of 2006-06-10 your ZoomRewards Account is being
classified as inactive. Beginning today you have 60 days in which you
can login to your ZoomReward Account and redeem existing points if an
established redemption level has been reached.

Your Current Account Balance is: 940

On 2006-08-09 the account will be deactivated, at which time the
account will no longer be accessible, and your participation in the
ZoomRewards Program will officially end. In the instance that you
resume activity in the Zoompanel during the designated 60 period, your
ZoomRewards account will not be subject to deactivation. Thank you
for your cooperation, and please let us know if you have questions or
concerns.

Sincerely,

The ZoomRewards Customer Care Team

Re: zoompanel ??????

I would email them because the FAQ's say your account will be deleted if there hasn't been any activity for 12 months. Maybe you can give the dates and survey numbers and names of the surveys you've done to show that you're active. You would think they could pull your account up and see for themselves that you're active. The same thing happened to me with clickiq they said I was inactive. But you have to be inactive for six months and I know I've done surveys this year. I still haven't got my account back.

Re: zoompanel ??????

I just received the same email. I have been doing weekly restaurant surveys in addition to about 12 others in the past 4 weeks. I am sure there may be a glitch in their system. I would not click on the email link just in case it is a phishing email.

Re: zoompanel ??????

I got an email from them today but it was just an account statement showing me how many points I had and showing what surveys I had taken. It says it was a monthly account statement. Thats the first time I've ever got an account statement before. I got the same email dianepost got, an account statement.

Re: zoompanel ??????

I think I just realized whats going on with your account. Go back and look at the date of the first points you earned on your account statement. Your points expire a year from that date if you don't cash out.
