Will someone please explain how this program works?

You list all of the dvds that you own that you are willing to send to other members. You get points for each dvd that you send out, which enables you to get the dvds that you want. You make a want list and they will send out the dvds on your want list as they become available. You have to pay 99 cents shipping.

I love the program. I have gotten dvds right time they came out. You can either keep them or retrade them.

MY experience with them has pretty much sucked...sent out most every good video I owned, watched the videos I ordered go from "short wait" to "medium wait", and now most of them are listed as "long wait"...sounds to me like they send out the new ones to the new members first, and after you've been there awhile, you drop to the end of the list. I mean, if it was first come first served, why did I go from short wait to long wait?

I am concerned about just sending out my videos to someone I really don't know.
