Thread: Parade Perks Redemption

For those who redeemed points with them last week for a gift, just thought I'd pass along that I actually got my digital camera today via DHL. I hope everyone gets their stuff as well.

Did you get an email telling you that the product would be shipped? When I originally ordered my prize, I submitted my request twice, thinking that it didn't go through the first time. Parade perks sent me an email telling me to go back and order again, so I did. At completion, they said I would get an email telling me when it would be shipped, but I've heard nothing so far. No prize either. Should I expect a notification from them or just wait for the prize? I could contact them, but they take forever to reply.

The only e-mail I got from them was one telling me my order was placed successfully and they would e-mail me again once my gift shipped. However I never did get an e-mail saying the item shipped, the camera just arrived one afternoon.

Got my digital camera late yesterday...nice camera, sells for $182 on Amazon.

For all the problems they had when the program was up, they did an A+ job of offering and honoring redemptions when they decided to shut it down!
