Thread: Milesource Gift certificates how long have you been waiting?

I have been waiting for my gift certificate from Milesource for almost a year now. Every time I email them I keep getting the standard back order email. My last email I sent they put my points back into my account. Now I have to start all over and get a # and then redeem the number for my gift certificate. Probably will take another year. I emailed them and complained but so far they have not responded.
Has anyone gotten a gift certificate lately from them and how long did it take and was it recently?

I sent for my certificate on the 7/26/05 and got my number on the 11/01/05 and ordered my prize but I am still waiting. I checked the status of my order and it said two weeks but it says that everytime I check it. Maybe I'll get it sometime this year.

Well over a year for a $5 McDonalds! They put my points back in, also-started over. I don't do their site anymore so I'll probably never get it.

I quit doing milesource as well. That is most likely why they have put me on the back burner and are not sending me my certificate
