ANY Suggestions on how to get Survey Spot to PAY?(or at least respond to emails?)

On November 10th I took part in an online focus group through Survey Spot. It started 1 1/2 hours late due due to technical difficulties so the payment was increased from $40 to $50. Unfortunately the $50(not even $40) has been posted to my account with Survey Spot and they do not answer my emails of inquiry either. Rewards are supposed to be posted in 4 to 6 weeks so I began writing at the end of December, which was 7 weeks. SO FAR I have written three times, gotten two responses as follows but nothing else:

Response
---------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for contacting SurveySpot. We'll reply to your message as soon
as we can.

Best regards,
SurveySpot Member Services

ANY SUGGESTIONS as to how to find out what is happening? ANY IDEAS as to how to contact Survey Spot besides via email? AND did anyone else take part in and get paid for this focus group?

THANKS for any help you can offer!

I'm sorry you're having problems with Survey Spot. I've personally never had any problems with them. I've never had a reason to contact them, either. They have always paid me...

Good Luck with your situation. I hope you can get some answers.

Re: ANY Suggestions on how to get Survey Spot to PAY?(or at least respond to emails?)

THANKS for the website! AND I HOPE I get a response VERY soon from them or I will have to take action. SIGH.....

I have had problems getting paid before but always got a response from my inquiries. About three years ago it took five months to get paid for a focus group, but they were in touch with me and I DID get paid! THIS none-responsiveness is really out of the ordinary.

Re: ANY Suggestions on how to get Survey Spot to PAY?(or at least respond to emails?)

I had difficulty with not receiving a check 30 days after it was suposedly mailed and sent an email to them. The check was in my mailbox a few days later; however, 2 days after receiving it I received an email stating that a stop payment had been issued and I would be responsible for any fees if I received it and cashed it - fortunately I did not.
The email also stated that a new payment would be posted to my account within 6 weeks and I could then request payment.
Obviously, I am no longer doing their surveys.
