Thank you for your interest in the “R927” delta feedback program. Your participation in this program will assist a HP in ensuring its next-generation camera products continue to lead the way in increasing consumer satisfaction.

We would like to find out a little more information about your system setup.

Here are the following system requirements for our software solutions. We have a full solution and a minimum system solution. Please see which one you fit into below. If you are unsure how to find the system settings, we have included directions for you (see below).

IMPORTANT Your commitment to actively use the product on a regular basis and provide comments and suggestions during the feedback program is critical to the success of the program. We recognize and appreciate your time in completing this profile and if you are accepted, you will be reporting any technical issues you discover, offering suggestions on how the product could be improved in your environment, and discussing your experiences with the product team.

You may also be required to update the camera during the program. You will be provided detailed directions. The update may be sent via e-mail or available via a website. It will require a download via your internet service provider. We will also have technical support to assist you with the updates.

The product you will be testing is not currently a released HP product. We use the term “Delta” to define a specific product development phase. These products have not completed HP’s full quality assurance program and may have errors or defects. Helping us to discover errors or defects is why we need your assistance! We have learned that our customers may use our products in ways that may not have been anticipated within our controlled testing environment.

It is our intention to leave the product at your home or office for the duration of the test, but in the event that there are unexpected difficulties with the product or software, we could remove the unit to determine the cause of the issue.
