Has anyone cashed out from them? I did and it says my $15.00 Wal-Mart gift card was mailed on 10-07-05 I still have not received it ,I have e-mailed them 5 times and they keep sending me a form to fill out which I have done and no response back from them. Does anyone have the phone number for them?

Have you changed mailing addresses lately? Have you double-checked the info you have on file at SRR to be sure it's correct?

Memolink does all the offer fulfillment for the sites they run under license, including SRR. Memolink's phone number, which I understand they never answer but you could give it a try anyway, is 1-303-985-2700. Nope, they don't spring for a toll-free number. That should tell you about how much they care about providing customer service.
