I have not had good luck with my rewards. The last reward I ordered had not come and after about 6 weeks I had written to BzzAgent.com. They told me to wait another week or so and if I still don't get the reward to write again. This went on for a month and finally last week they put the points back into my account. BUT I do not want the points, I needed the reward for a holiday gift! I have so many points and nothing to spend the points on! I re-ordered the reward and I hope THIS time it arrives but I don't think it will be on time for a holiday gift....WISH they just told me to reorder the reward after it had not arrived in six weeks instead of waiting another month. Also, A FEW TIMES a reward has been cancelled and points put back in my account without my being notified. I just see it has disappeared from my history and the points are back.
Usually it takes about 5-6 weeks to get a reward from the time I order it, sometimes longer. I have never had the privilege of receiving the reward in only one month. I am not complaining I LOVE being a BzzAgent, just wish there were MORE and BETTER rewards to choose from and that they would arrive in a more timely fashion!
I am also concerned at this point that the campaigns in which I am now enrolled will be over very soon and then there will not be any rewards for me to cash in my points for, the points will just sit there and expire(IF they expire)! OH WELL, it is fun being a BzzAgent..just wish there was a better rewards program in place.

WOW! This post sounds so DOWN! I REALLY did not mean it to be..guess my disappointment in the rewards is stronger than I thought!
