I finally reached 35,000 for a $50 cashout (my first one) and I clicked to redeem and it said I didn't have enought points. I went back to the home page and sure enough my balance had dropped by 1,000 points - 52,000.

Bummer!

Ahha! I reloaded the home page and poof - my balance went up to 52,500 So I only lost 500 points.

if you check your account page, it says that there are a certain number of tokens "pending". Cab points are available to use immediately, others I think have a waiting period. They itemize the shopping ones if you click on the word "shopping" so you can see if maybe that is the case for your missing points.

I have had enough for a $10 gc for about a month, but can't cash out until some of them stop being "pending".



BTW, in my experience, I don't like to wait a long time to amass a large amount of points -- history has shown me that a) the number of points to an award increases or b) the company goes out of business!

It says 45,807 available after 9,000 pending. Pending although I never bought anything, just clicked. 45,807 is enough to cash out.

I just went back and now my acco**** says: Welcome, Sandy! You have 55,160 Tokens!

And still I can't csh out.

You can only cash out the points that are available, so you have enough for a $25 GC, but not a $50. Points for shopping, clicking on HotJobs, iFilms and American Heritage take about 30 days before they go from pending to available. Points for survey and cabs become available immediately.

Yep, 9000 points would be 300 pts x 30 days. If you've been getting all 300 every day for HotJobs then you should have 9000-9300 pending from the last month.

I lost 300 points today(from total tokens earned), my total actually dropped 300 points from this AM until this PM when I logged back in. IT APPEARS that it is the 300 HotJobs points I earned this AM that were there this AM, but gone when I logged back in this PM to get my AH points and I Films points.

ANYONE ELSE have something else like this happen?

Vieprivee - did you go to My Accounts to check your balance there? It seems that when I first log in, the main page doesn't have the current number of points (sometimes it's off by 2 days worth of points), but the My Accounts page is right.

Never - HJ tokens ... are you in for a treat! In the morning, the HJ banner on the main page is for the "regular" HotJobs. You can get up to 300 tokens for clicking. (If you don't see the HJ banner, click on the My Accounts tab and then go back to the Home page.) Then, go to What's New page and you should see a link for "HotJobs (Red)" - start clicking b/c you can get an additional 500 tokens for that.

Thanks, soupnuts, but I know that trick, and my points were there in the AM after HotJobs clicks but gone in the PM. 300 points definitely disappeared...guess that is that!

I am at FreeRide right now and no more points disappeared! I will see how many HJ points I get today and report back. THANKS for the tip!


I was able to get 300 points for the regular HotJobs, but don't have time to try the other..is taking forever to load! But I'll settle for that as long as the points stay in my account. I will come back and try the other HJ later if it is still around. THANKS again!
