Can anyone tell me if Epoll is still around. We moved and I was updating my email address and can't get Epoll site to work....all I get is page not found.

OMG! I had forgot all about them and was inactive for one year, so they took away my 3400 points!

I guess its my fault since I didn't remember but I never got any emails to do any surveys for them either.

Yes, their still around. As for caching out for rewards I have cashed out serveral time and have had no problem recieving my rewards. It is usually a month from the date you order it.

It took me about 3 months to get my McDonalds gc's when I cashed out the last time.

My experience has been that epoll is a little slow to pay, but they are pretty reliable. I've never cashed out and NOT been paid. It may take a couple months, but it does come.

The last time I cashed out I got the GC a week later. I was shocked it came so fast. I wonder if it depends on what you order as to how long it takes to get it? I only get a survey from them every few months so points add up very slow. I once got a gift card that wasn't charged. I wrote them about it with no response. I wrote it off as a lost cause. Well the next time I ordered a gift card they put the extra amount from the noncharged card on the one I got. I was very surprised and pleased with them. Good luck. I hope that you guys waiting on yours get them soon.

I have always recieved my reward from them. I usually order the Red LObster gift card and it is shipped out 1 month from the day I ordered it.
