Are you still getting emails from Mypoints?

Since i updated my profile on the new site, i haven't been getting the emails nymore. It stinks. didn't know if it was something i did or they stopped sending them.

They said with the new updated site, you need to check your spam/bulk folders as many are getting sent there now. This happened to me too, so I had to add the "new email" to my allowed list.

thank you. last night i got on computer after being off a few days, and i have 6000 and something bulk mail, (it has been awhile since i have had it all caught up) it will take forever to get through it all

I wasn't getting any emails, so I went back and updated my profile again and checked that I was planning on making some purchases and moving. I'm getting 2-3 every day now.

Most of the email servers I have used have a search feature that lets you search a specific folder. If you use Yahoo, it has a search box right at the top of your messages.

Mine too were going to my Bulk Folder. Be sure to put mypoints email address in your Address Folder, that way they will come directly to your regular Inbox.
