Lightspeed panel?

Has anyone ever had a problem in receiving their prizes in redeeming their points ? I have tried repeatedly to contact Lauren and no answer I submitted my request in April . Does anyone have any suggestions on how to contact Lightspeed? Thanks

Sorry you're having a problem with your redemption. My checks from Lightspeed have always come fine for me.

Try going to the lightspeed help page:
http://us.lightspeedpanel.com/help/s...ontactus.phtml

Pick "Rewards" from the topic list on the left and "Haven't received my check/prize" on the right list and enter the rest of your info. I don't know if that's what you already tried or if you have an old email with a link to email her. Hope it works out for you.

I requested a check on 06/16 and still haven't received it yet. I've emailed them and no response but them again I have never gotten a response from them. I can't get a response from most sites that I have emailed

Still waiting on payments from Surveysavvy, mysurvey, opnion rewards, hi points and sorcratic forum. I have emailed all of them and have only received one response from surveysavvy.

I did a survey back in May that I was supposed to be paid cash for, still haven't received payment. I tried emailing her 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard from her.

I've received many payments from Lightspeed in the past. I always request Amazon GCs and get them within a week. I'm also getting worried here lately, been waiting on a $5.00 amazon since 7/18.

i always request amazon gc's and always get them from lightspeed. never no problems. also mysurvey always sends my check it takes 4-8 weeks to get it.

I got my check today for $28.00 with an explanation that the chopper I had chosen was out of stock. Good luck to everyone else.

So far I haven't had a problem. I usually get paid in a month or five weeks. I'm waiting for $10 since 7-28-05 so I should get it in a week or two.
