Thread: Help Please???

I have not seen a post regarding my problem, but I was just wondering if anyone beside myself was having a problem with Lucky Points, PCH, and SRR crediting points for answering the trivia of the day answers. Any and all help from you guys will be totally appreciated. Thanks again for any and all info you can give me.

I have not done lp in a couple of days but when I did I didn't have any trouble.

I'm having it happen to me a few times a week. When I answer the trivia question I don't get the points. Then I check my account history and it will say processing instead of the ten points. They say they'll email me when it credits but I'm not sure if it does or not. Tommorrow I'm going to write down my ballance and see if it credits later.

It happened again today. When I clicked on the answer it said page cannot be displayed. Went back to the site and clicked the answer again but got no points. In my account its saying processing again.

trivia points for monday did not add in, altho my account said I got the points. Tuesday trivia points were not added in until after 11pm last nite . Todays trivia was added in immediately, so I guess they got their act together and fixed the problem.
I keep a daily log of my totals on Mypoints, Memolink and Luckypoints as well. Mypoints is noted for not giving correct points for all those surveys they offer, either not giving credit at all or shaving off 5 or 10 pts. I've learned to write down every date and type of survey as well as keeping the emails till the points are credited. when the points don't credit I query them.. but dont use the point inquiry topic. choose other instead. that way you get an answer from a real person and not the computer generated garbage response.

I noticed today it said I received credit for yesterdays trivia but my ballance is the same as it was. I don't think I've got credit any time it does this.
