Thread: ptc question

has anyone ever tried one of those sites that offers an outrageous amount of money to click with a high cashout. Like $5 to read an email and $1000 to cashout. If so how did it workout. Did you actually get paid. I don't seem to have luck with many ptc so i figure what the heck why not try it.
