    MyPoints Emails

    I seem to have started this week where I left off last week. I haven't received credit for any emails this week. Is anyone else getting credit? Thanks.

    I don't think I am getting credit for all the days. My last weekly statement was 4-24-05 and it shows I haven't got any credit since 4-28-05 even though I've got emails after that.

    this problem started last week, but by the end of the week MYPOINTS got caught up. Hopefully, they will begin posting again before the week is up.
    If any of you are doing the survey emails that they send out, they are not even posting the 10 or 20 points you are supposed to get just for trying. Emails to them explaining I didnt qualify to complete the survey, I JUST WANT THE 20 PTS FOR TRYING,only generates a dumb response like they have to wait for that vendor to confirm the survey was completed. Well, I won't even bother trying to do those surveys anymore. I'll just delete them without even opening them. A complete waste of my valuable time.

    I noticed they did maintainance this past Saturday and since 5-1 none of the bonusemails have credited and I emailed membercare.
    As far as those survey emails and also any offers found in bonusemails sent to you. I have always had to email membercare about those type offers where no purchase was needed by me but I registered or requested info and they always request confirmation emails from me and I ALWAYS emphatically explain no emails were sent to me and neither were they sent to several friends and family who received this same bonusemail so please dont request an email but instead review the offer cut and pasted here and find out from vendor Mypoints signed up why they dont send any confirmation emails if Mypoints wants to see one. I did your offer sent to me and so please promptly credit my account for those points earned by me using an offer in a Mypoints bonusemail clicked and read using a refreshed and in working order member key.
    They dont always get the meaning right off but usually they do since they send the darn things out and need to learn what happens.

    Well I'm glad I am not the only one-I e-mailed them and got their typical response.



    Well I have not gotten credit from May 1 through yesterday. I e-mailed them and they said I should send them copies of the E-mails they sent me.
    This time I saved some of them at least.
    I told them in my response that I thought it was a lot of work for the few points they are worth and that they should fix the 'glitch' in their system.
    Like I said before MyPoints is very fast in sending out the gift cards but sometimes it can be a real pain in getting them to credit you with the points you have coming.JMHO

    Still no credit as of today 5/5/2005 from 5/1/2005. Mypoints really is beginning to suck

    I still haven't gotten any credit for anything since April 28th. I hope they're just behind on updating our accounts.

    Its obviously a system wide problem since so many people are writing about not getting credit for points. You wonder about the arrogance of Mypoints since they reply to emails stating the points are credited and balances are in process of being updated lol. Im surprised they didnt have the common courtesy let alone sense to send an email to every member explaining the situation and to sit tight (if in fact the points are coming) as points are being credited shortly or what ever. They dont communicate well with members.
