I thought it was just me. I have the same problem and have cleared history and cookies and still no difference. Have a good day!

just emptied the temp internet folder and all cookies and history , did a disk clean up and rebooted, now it lets me in, go figure........

Tried cleaning and rebooting but still getting the same message. This happens to me periodically and I contact Memolink - they keep saying it's my problem. Maybe if we all send messages they'll figure this out. I keep cashing out for fear that I'll be locked out forever in this timed out message.

tried 3 different computers at the library and nothing. i asked them to help me and they said it was my problem. all those ponts i lost today. cant come back later have to go to work hopefully its up working good tomrrow after noon.

Well if you were home I would say again, empty history, temp internet folder and all cookies, trash and try again, it worked for me.
