Biography Club limits one account per person and per email address. If one person has set up multiple accounts we reserve the right to cancel any and all accounts.
The use of automated devices, including but not limited to using bot, macro, script or any other device enabled monitoring intended to automate any aspect of participation in Biography Club activities is prohibited.
You represent that all of the information you provide to us is accurate and truthful. AETN reserves the right to terminate your membership if you do not log on to your Biography Club account and participate for more than 3 months.
By registering for Biography Club you will have a one-year membership. You will be eligible to participate in surveys, polls, promotions and to receive branded merchandise exclusive to the Club.
You must provide an active and working email address owned by you. If you have not provided us with a working email address, accurate contact information or have not complied with any of the membership conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your membership.

After you register you will receive the Biography Club newsletter and other email updates from us regarding your membership, including subscription-related emails.
You may update/change your email preferences at any time by going to the Email Preference Center. You can unsubscribe to Biography Club by sending an email to
biographyclub@aetv.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe." Please include the Username (Email address) associated with your Biography Club account. You can also unsubscribe through the Web site here.
We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected magazines. If your magazine is damaged or lost we may replace it at our discretion.
Rules for Points Accumulation and Redemption

As a registered member of Biography Club, you may accumulate points by participating in Club activities. You may redeem these points to claim prizes as listed on the Point Tracker page. Prizes, which are limited in stock, will be available on a first come, first served basis. So once you reach a point level which entitles you to a prize, you should claim it immediately. We will do our best to keep the prize information up to date, but we cannot guarantee that a prize you request will be available.
We reserve the right to limit member eligibility for certain surveys based on past survey responses and past Club participation.
Points will be accumulated on both a monthly and annual basis. At the end of every month your monthly total will be reset to zero, and you will no longer be able to claim a prize using those points. So don’t forget to redeem your points by the end of the month or you will lose them!
We reserve the right to alter our points program at any time by posting revised rules here or otherwise notifying you.
Despite the fact that points cannot be carried over from one month to the next, we will keep track of all your monthly points throughout the year and award a special prize to the Club’s top five scorers at the year end.
Points will be given, from time to time, for the following activities:
Participating in surveys
Participating in the weekly pop quiz
Any features you might find throughout the site (or which may be added from time to time) that provide the ability to get points.
If you are a top scorer for the day and you have registered a Nickname, we reserve the right to post your first name/last initial/hometown or your Nickname and score on the Biography Club website and in Biography magazine. If there are more than three top scorers, then the first three people to achieve the highest point level may be displayed.
We limit prizes to one per household. If more than one member of a household requests a prize, we reserve the right to select which member will receive the prize based on point totals.
When you request a prize and it is available, the prize will be shipped within ten to twelve weeks to the address you provided to us when you joined Biography Club. Please make sure your account information is always correct and up to date by visiting the Manage Your Account page.
We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected prizes. If your prize is damaged or lost we may replace it at our discretion.
Once you have requested a prize, you will not be able to claim a different prize that month, unless the prize you claimed is not available. There will be no cash or other substitutes for the prizes or awards, except that we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to substitute prizes in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected messages, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or other communications failures or circumstances affecting your ability to participate in Biography Club, including your ability to claim prizes.
If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a prize request, the request will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. You may be required to provide evidence that you are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the prize request. You release and hold harmless A&E Television Networks, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of Biography Club from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes including, without limitation, liability for any personal injury, damage or loss.
You can also take advantage of the Special Offers page at any time, which features exclusive discounts and promotions for Club members only.
We reserve the right to terminate Biography Club at any time or alter, amend or modify elements thereof or terms and conditions relating thereto without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Biography Club, or of any prize, feature, or promotion on the
www.BiographyClub.com Web site. Your continued participation in Biography Club after such changes will indicate your acceptance of the changes. Notices to you may be made via either Email, regular mail or using other contact information you have provided as part of your registration. We may also provide notices of changes to this or other matters by displaying such notices or by providing links to such notices.
Employees of A&E Television Networks (AETN), vendors providing services in connection with Biography Club and their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in Biography Club.
