Has anyone ever had any experience winning anything from this company? I won $150 from them and got the email telling me about it on June 1st. It says to "Please allow up to 12 weeks for fulfillment from Oxygen Media."
Well, after 12 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything else from them. So I wrote them an email which went unanswered.
A few days later, the week of September 17th, I got an envelope from Oxygen with what I thought would be my check. It wasn't.

It was an affadavit. I signed it and mailed it in, only to have it returned a week later as undeliverable because the address I was given to mail it to was incomplete.

I emailed the writer of the letter attached to the affadavit who gave me the completed mailing address. She was very nice and emailed me again to let me know that she had received it that time and apologized for the inconvience. She said she was submitting it the finance department and would mail me the check when it was ready. That was October 14th!

Call me crazy, but I expected a company like Oxygen to keep its promises. This has taken a LOT longer than 12 weeks to be fulfilled!
Has anyone else had trouble with them before? What should I do?

It's a survery group for Oxygen network which belongs to Oprah Winfrey. And "Thanks" I hope I get paid, too.

Keep bugging her or get a name of someone in the accounts dept. & keep on them till they pay! Do search & try & find a phone# or any other contact info as well.

Just send an email. Saying that you sent in the affadavit, etc...

I won a $100 prize from them.. got the email... waited 12 weeks.. got the affadavit.. mailed that back... waited 2 weeks, emailed HER & she sent the schek out that day!
Good luck.. Just keep emailing her! You'll get your $$

I won a tote bag from them last summer for a survey I did. It took about 10-12 weeks to get it, which I though was a long time, but I did finally get it.

I won a $150 GC from a sweepstakes a couple of years ago, sent everything back, still didn't get it, emailed a few times and finally heard from a lady who said she had just taken over that dept. and she sent the GC finally, but when I got it and went to redeem it, I was told it had expired!!! Since then I have sent several more emails telling them this for the past 1 - 1 1/2 years and have gotten no response!!!
