Question about IPTL

I signed up for this---without a referral.

Does anyone else use this site? If you have, how long have you been a member, and have you collected anything from it?

It sure seems like a PTR program to me, and an awful lot of clicking for little $$.

Wondering if others out there feel it is worth all the work involved.

Re: Question about IPTL

I signed up a year or so ago, and collected a couple to dollars soon thereafter. Then I started getting only a few paid clicks per month, and I stopped clicking as it hardly seemed worth doing the quizzes. Now I occaisionally do the contests. Once they offered 25c to log in as I hadn't in over a month. I'm just sort of hanging on to get my last $1, then I'll probably quit.

Re: Question about IPTL

I think it is worth it. I only make a little over a dollar every month , but it really doesn't take too long to do the clicks each day. I usually have 15 or 20 ads to read each day. Yes you do have to do the quizzes to get your money , but they don't take too long to do. I have also made extra money by signing up for offers and I have been paid fast. The contests are challenging and fun.

Re: Question about IPTL

I started about a year ago and after reading everything on the site, learned that to get money quicker I should quizzes at least 500 points per month.
I have over $20 in the account with them, and am requesting a check today, don't use paypal for reasons of my own.

Re: Question about IPTL

I've been a member here for several years, you used to actually get paid to take the quizzes! I've been paid about $40.00 in the last 3 years, gotten paid very quickly every time I reach the limit, and found them to be one of the few sites that went to the brink of oblivion and came back stronger than they were. You do have to participate in a few of the offers to get going on the v-mails, but I'm averaging about 15-20 a day now.

Re: Question about IPTL

Personally I love the site! I actually sprang for the gold membership and DH has a free membership under me.

Now, this is going to sound like a self-referal, but it's not. I'm not trying to get you to sign up under me, just under someone, anyone who's active with IPTL. You should try to take advantage of this benefit if you're going to be active with IPTL, because it's worth it! That said....

I don't know if you can cancel your membership and then sign up again. If you can, you should find someone active with the site to refer you. One of the new features of the site is your referor can offer you a percentage of the money you make them by signing up for things. Right now my referals (all 3 of them ) are getting $4 back on a gold membership, and a 40% cash bonus for accepting offers! But without a good referor you're only going to get the standard $1 back and 25% bonus. And there are other incentives your referor can offer, like a free AADR with gold membership (to get your own downline started.)

Will you break even if you buy a gold membership?
Yes, if you:
1. Click on all the v-mails, every day. You should get around 12+/day.
---You can increase your odds of getting extra v-mail. Click on Change My Info, scroll down and click Continue Info Update. In the check-the-box area, try choosing things like other paid-to sites, business opportunities, work from home, etc. The sort of things you see advertised alot. You do want more v-mail ads! (If you don't have 500 points logged in for the month your v-mail cash won't update. But you do still get credit for reading v-mail, it just doesn't show up until you get 500 points. Always read your v-mail!)

2. Get your minimum 500 Quiz Points each month. It takes me about half an hour. Just take quizzes in the beginner category on some easy topic, if you're in a hurry.

3. If you want, you can also rack up Quiz Bucks and then sell them. (With a gold membership you could take quizes 24/7 if you wanted.) I've never tried selling them for more than $.05 per Quiz Buck, but you can ask as much as you want, and it's free to sell them.

Ugh, outta time. Maybe more to say later....
