Memolink help

Ok memolink owes me (and everyone else) g/c. They owe me one since before Chloe was born....Oct '03 and another since then as well. I am getting concerned because DH is getting out of military and we will be moving and I am worried I won't get them....so I email them asking what i could do.....Like if they could at least put the points back in my account and I will cash out after I move. All I ever get for a reply from them is the same generic email stating that they will fill rewards for their more active members first blah blah blah.....They never answer my question.

I don't understand it.....my MIL is a member as well and she only does the same things I do (the free clicks, trivia and lotto) she never buys anything on the net) Yet she has cashed out for 2 g/c since the ones they owe me for and has already received them both!!!! I dunno what gives here........they don't answer my questions......what do I do? Is there a number where I can call and talk to someone?? HELP TIA

Re: Memolink help

Do you have a address to where your moving to? If so go to memolink and put in the new address. If you don't know your address yet. Maybe put your moms address in till you get moved and know your address then change it to your knew one. Also make sure you put in a change of address at the post office so all your mail will get forwarded to you.
I just got a gift card from them. It took a year to get it. But they sent me a email letting me know they were sending it out. Don't know if they do that for all things though.

Re: Memolink help

I was in your same situation earlier this year. Cashed in points, figure no big deal, takes about six months to receive them, and during that time things happened and I had to move, so there I am sitting on pins and needles waiting for the GC to come, finding a new place to buy, etc. I emailed Memolink and told them of my situation, and when I would be moving gave them the new address, and told them the closing date has been changed twice so far. I was 1/2 clueless of the new address to top it. AND the final week at my old address the GC's showed up.

They never responded to me! but sent the GC's day's before I moved. You do not know how relieved I was to find them in the mail box.

Personally, I would NOT change your address to your Mom's cuz you may end up getting both accounts cancelled and lose everything.

You have a point there I didn't think of that. But could use someone elses address that isn't registered with them.

Good luck hopefully you will get them before you move.

Re: Memolink help

Just make sure you keep your address up to date with memolink and you will get your rewards. I have moved and changed addresses 3 times in the past 2 years, and have received every reward.
