I recommend signing up with them if you haven't already. I just got a call about doing a 90 min phone conference call with them tomorrow for $50. The people there are really nice too.

Blarry House Research is looking for friendly, articulate people who like to share their opinions in focus groups and earn extra spending money in the process. Focus groups are informal discussions consisting of about ten people brought together to test a new product, evaluate an existing concept, or to share opinions on a variety of issues. Topics include views on computer software and hardware, ideas for new video games, taste testing and naming food products, travel, health care, and telecommunications. The discussions are fun, usually last from 1 1/2 to 2 hours, require no preparation, and you are paid $40 to $150 for your time, depending on the topic. I haven't heard of them before. Have you done other studies with them? If so, how quickly do they pay?

They seem to pay fairly quickly, within a couple weeks. A lot better than other places that take nearly months to pay.

I sign up with them recently did a market research for them got my check in less then 2 weeks. Most of their focus groups and market research are done in the Bay Area of Ca so if you live in that area good to sign up but also can do the phone surveys to.

A comsumer I believe. I don't have a business. I am doing a phone interview this evening on community developement where I live. (like charities and travel, etc) It seems to be pretty interesting.

When they call how does their number show up on caller id?

That's a good question. I would tell you but I don't have caller ID. The do let you know when you are going to be receiving a call from them for focus group type things, However I did receive a call from Scott (the guy that does the stuff) and he asked if I could do this focus group at the last minute. So, I don't really know. But I think it would come up under their company. If it helps, their phone number is (415) 648-2196 so maybe it would come up inder that...????
