they did the same thing to me. they deducted the money right away, which they had never done before, and i waited and waited longer then my other cashouts had taken with them.
after 2 weeks i started emailing them. i wrote a nice letter in plain and simple english, remember it is their second language, then started sending it through the contact on the site, plus the 2 other emails i found for them.
i have read on this board that someone had the same problem and used
advertising@gainmail.com and received payment.
the 2 other emails were
webmaster@gainmail.com and
support@gainmail.com.
i had to resend to the contact on the site and all the emails a second time, and did receive the paypal within a couple days of that. but, never did receive a response.
i do not think it is their fault, but maybe a glitch in the system. i had only had the problem that 1 time with that 1 cashout.
