I got an email from My Points today. The first one since June 30th. I wrote and called them about not receiving any and they said they had been sending them so it must be Hotmail's fault so I wrote Hotmail about it. Hotmail said to have My Points contact them cause they didn't see anything wrong on their end so emailed My Points but heard nothing. I finally gave up and now comes an email from My Points. Not sure who did what but hope it continues. I've emailed my fingers off to both places. They each said it was the other's ones fault.

Have any of you gone that long without an email from My Points?

I got my first one too, I think my last one was some time in spring, not sure when. I am hoping they keep on coming.

Not bragging here - but I've gotten 6 in the past two days. Do either of you have a different email address that you've tried using?

I changed emails a couple weeks ago, but I still didn't get anything. My first email was with my cable provider, so that should have been okay. I later changed that to my gmail mail, but still not emails showed up until the one yesterday. Hopefully they will come more often now.

Well My Points told me they were sending them so Hotmail must not be letting them get through. Said they always have trouble with Hotmail and Yahoo. Now if others here haven't been getting them since last Spring then it's not just me. I emailed Hotmail and told them My Points said for Hotmail to contact them.

I got some more today so I do not know who was doing what. Just weird.

I had not gotten any e-mails from them since this past july, I clicked on an old one and boom all of a sudden in the past week I have been getting them almost everyday again!

I wasnt getting any either and about 2 weeks ago got an email from them that they missed me...............how can they miss me if they arent sending to me?????????? finally got 2 emails last night from them.........go figure......i guess they really decided they missed me.....lol

I use hotmail and luckily I have been getting the emails very regularly. I think the longest I have ever gone without receiving their emails was about 2 days. Yesterday I got 2 from them and the day before I got 5.

I use hotmail, and don't have a problem. I have been getting at least 3-6 everyday for the last month.
