Remember the slim fast product test? - Big Big Forums

I got in on it, and said products would ship on such and such a date, and I never did receive the products!!! Do you remember if this was from slim fast itself or through like greenfield or something. I really wanted to do that to. Didn't know who to contact.

buzy It was not from slim fast it was from PAR (Product Acceptance & Research)

As far as papers that I got with the product to test and then evaluate it has please call with any questions to Carol Matthews at 1-800-905-1869
There's also another # on the National Headquarters address and info that one is 812-867-8600

Letter was dated July 20, 2004 when I received my products.
