Is it still the best to redeem the points at My Points for the web cert? Where you can spend the money anywhere you go?

I still have a little money in the last web cert so I can add the new pts.to it.

On a $ per point basis, it's really not the best deal. I like to get Barnes & Noble gc, where I get $25 to B&N for 2750 points instead of $25 webc. for 3500.

Thanks, I'll have to study the pt. changes. We don't have a
Barnes and Noble in town so maybe I should redeem for a restaurant GC. Something I will diffenately use.

Yeah, I always try to balance out the point to dollars angle to get the most GC value for the least amount of points, but then also be realistic about what place is a good value to shop at/someplace I would noramally go.

For example I used to get a bookstore or restaurant GC cuz they were the best point to dollar, but if I'm buying overpriced stuff that I normally wouldn't buy. I kind of went for middle of the road stuff like Gas cards (for the station that has the best priced gas around). Now I'm saving to a $50 Home Depot since I have a planned use for it and the value's decent enough.
