Question about Freeride

I cashed out a month ago. (Haven't received it yet) Since that day, I have not been able to earn a single point since that day. Nothing credits. I wrote to them and got a reply saying that "they were looking into it", but nothing's changed. Also, I had 500 points pending. Two days ago, that changed and I now have a balance of zero.

I have written them about both issues and been waiting for about a week for reply. Has this happened to anyone else?

have you tried to delete the cookies and temp and history and do a disk cleanup and try again to earn points? If the email is not crediting and you still can't earn pts on site, I would contact them again and make copies of what you write.

I didn't have any problems with the first order, but will wait on the next one until this is cleared up for you, don't want it happening to me either.

I delete cookies and temp files several times a day.

I did hear from them today. They are "Looking into it." Gee, it's been a month.

Same thing happened to me. Try this:
go to Petco through Freeride. Put someting into your cart. Exit Petco. On the next day, check your account, and you should be showing pending points for a Petco purchase, but you should also be getting the cabs again. The pending points will go away when they do not get confirmation of purchase.
