Thread: VIVIDENCE is trying NOT to pay me for a survey I took!

I CAN'T BELIEVE that they did it again...got the same letter that I posted originally!!!! I have taken 22 surveys for Vividence over the past few years and NEVER got one of those "you did a rotten job and we won't pay you letters" until the last two I took.

THIS has GOT to be a scam and they are just trying to pay out less money! As most of us do, I always spend loads of time and answer all questions thoroughly and completely, commenting even when comments are optional. I am really angry!!

LAST TIME I sent a protest letter and they paid me! THIS TIME I sent another protest letter and I HOPE they pay me again!!!!

THERE IS NO REASON that we should have to go through this garbage! We uphold our end of the bargain so WHY can't they do the same?? Seems to be a fairly recent thing too, to get these rotten letters......same old, same old..are they another Greenfield and Memolink? I HOPE NOT!!!!

ANYONE ELSE have any recent "NO PAY" letters arrive in their mailboxes?

Am I the only one to have this problem as of late? IF SO, it doesn't like good that I will actually get the GC!

I am seriously considering NOT doing anymore Vividence surveys. I do NOT need the aggrevation!

i stopped doing their surveys for just this reason. it happened to me about a year ago and then again about 3 months ago.

it's not worth my spending the time or effort to do their surveys any more.

I have not heard back yet, but I have decided that IS IS IT! NO MORE Vividence surveys for me!

HOPE they pay me for this one, but you never know..TWICE in a row is really ridiculous after 20 paid surveys without a question!

Just received $10 Amazon g.c. from Vividence today,after also being rejected last week after taking a 45 min. survey. I did not write them or anything , but needless to say I was ticked off. so check your e-mails

THANKS osm15. I am so glad you got the GC!! I will wait a few days and then write again if I do not get the GC. BUT I will NOT take another survey for them! WHO NEEDS EXTRA AGGREVATION!?

I AM REALLY furious now! I got back a response to my protest and IT WAS THE SAME EXACT FORM LETTER sent to me a second time! Vividence did not even take the time to tell me what it is I supposedly did wrong(probably nothing)!!!

I fired back another letter of protest(polite but insistent) but I bet it gets me nowhere except probably the same form letter sent to me a third time!

I HAVE TRULY HAD IT WITH THIS PLACE! I don't enjoy wasting 45 minutes of my time and then get told that they didn't like my answers!You would think that the reduction in pay from $15 to $10 per survey a few years ago would be enough to keep this place from sinking even lower. BUT NOW they ALSO refuse to pay when an effort is actually made!!!


GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!!! NO MORE SURVEYS for me from this place!!!!!!
