I just got mine the other day that I order April 30. They are slowing down but are still paying as far as I know.

I got a giftcard from PCH points about a month ago, I only waited about 6 weeks if that for it to come. I am getting close to cashing in for a card at Luckypoints, we shall see how long that one takes.
