I'm not getting email from My Points---anyone else? - Big Big Forums

It been since last month since I've received anything. Is it just me or is others experiencing the same thing?

No, I've been getting e-mails. I had 1 yesterday. If I remember the last check I did on my account, I've been getting around 10 a week.

Only a few handful.

In the past, sometimes, I get more than five emails from them in a day.

I was having the same problem with luckypoints. If you are using a hotmail addy check your settings. I had mine set on enhanced. I switched to low setting, which meant I was getting loads of junk mail that had to be deleted but I am getting the emails from them now. When I switched back to enhanced, the luckypoints emails showed up in the junk file. I just made the change to read not junk mail. All is ok now. Hope this works for you.

I'm getting about 4 or 5 a week. The last one was yesterday with a link to either BMG or Columbia House...can't remember.

i am still getting about the same.........maybe 6 or 7 a week.....i hope you guys start getting more cause i know how they add up quickly

I am also getting about 6-10 per week. I did have a 3 month long dry spell with Memolink, however.
