They've cancelled my account and I have no idea why! I've read the tos information and can't work it out. I've emailed them twice....Can anyone help - maybe with another email address? please.....

Do you have anyone else that uses the same computer or did use the same computer? Does anyone else in your house have an account? Have you not clicked on anything for 14 days?

The same thing happened to me, My account was deleted and I have no idea why. No one else shares my computer. I finally reached the $10 payout, cashed out and am now deleted. I have emailed them also and have gotten no response as of yet. Still hoping for the best but looks like I may of wasted my time with this program.

I see what you posted at GPF. You talk about your husband having an account and using your computer. The tos says Using multiple accounts in the same household as a reason for deletion . Wouldn't you and your husband share the same address? If so, that would be breaking the terms. If it wasn't caught before, it was probably caught when you cashed out. From what I read around GPF it seems that PO's check accounts thoroughly before sending out the redemption.

I'm sure you'll be answered in their support folder, but that would be my guess.

I am a member and have been waiting for pay. I received a confirmation and was on their march pay list but now I am not listed. I sent an email but have not gotten a reply. Besides it said wait time is 5 1/2 months. These ptc,ptr,pts are getting flakier and flakier.

No we have different email addresses and we use different computers but we obviously live together at same address do you think this counts? He does his betty bucks at work....but his work was down for 3 different times, and so he used my computer. If this is inlcuded in tos, then I'll accept the deleted accounts. But he uses his work computer!!

I would say yes it counts. There are more and more programs out there that allow only one account per HOUSEHOLD. So if you have two accounts with the same address that's against the terms. In the FAQ at Betty Buck it has this:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may NOT be more than one account per household. Each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program. Please review our TOS here for more information.

Since you have two accounts at one household, I'd say this is probably what it was. Dana's programs are all like that too - E-Mail Value, Z-Cash, etc. Sizzle Clicks used to be more than one per household and it changed. My husband and I were already signed up so we cleared it with her.

I thought BB was always one per household - I could be wrong though.

I cant even get BettyBucks to load on my computer. I noticed that I havent had ANY emails from them. Is it me or is the site down or something? Im sure shes gonna mark me inactive. Ive reached payout ALONG time ago....12/1/3 as a matter of fact. NEVER PAID...now cant get her program to load.....I havent had any emails come threw either.
