e-rewards

is it worth joining. i joined and have made a lot of cash in a matter of days. i really joined cos i wanted to get free miles but looks like with the miles deal, i need to book a flight before i can exchange my e-rewards for bonus miles. i hope i get to do that. I think the only thing i can get free with no string attached is the 8 video/dvd rentals from blockbuster.
Does anyone have opinions about them?

Re: e-rewards

I always get blockbuster. They send them in an email and you print them up. No problem redeeming them at Blockbuster. I'm almost ready to cash out again. I like this one.

Re: e-rewards

It's fine if you like getting the Blockbuster, but they have a lot of limits, like if you don't spend your money within a year (or I think it's by March of the next year) then you lose it or pay a penalty or something, and you can only get the same prize once per year, so if you get enough to redeem again, you can't get Blockbuster again and have to find something else, and there really aren't that many other choices. I don't have a printer so I ended up signing up for Hilton Honors points to turn my E-rewards into; not sure that I'll ever have any use for that, though. I find it a pretty disappointing program. How hard would it be to just add a few gift certs, right?

Re: e-rewards

They do have the stated limits; however, this year they sent me an e-mail and extended the expiration date on my "earnings" by a year. I also signed up for the Hilton HHonors. Have to one day investigate whether they have dog friendly hotels

It honestly doesn't take a lot of time to read the offeres and answer their surveys. I spend more time for less other places - maybe that helps balance out their limits.

Re: e-rewards

I signed up for the hilton honors, too. I was just looking around to see what you can use your points for gc's with them. Some are kinda pricey, they start at about 10,000 hilton honors points. They partner with ebay, sharper image, mrs. fields, ftd, and a few more. I figure it may take awhile, but I have a lot of other sites that I'm waiting on payment from, so I'm kinda used to it. LOL

Just wanted to add: I just redeemed for hh points, and they were put into my hh account within 5 minutes. Works for me!!

Re: e-rewards

I love e-rewards...I usually get Blockbuster certificates, but thinking about doing the hilton honors points too. I know some folks aren't happy with the redemption choices they have, but hey, at least they pay...more than I can say for some.

Re: e-rewards

I have already redeemed Blockbuster and HHonors from e-rewards.
I still have over $100 e-rewards left which I have no use.
Anyone interested to trade ??
I am willing to trade for $25 e-rewards (that are good for
either Blockbuster or HHonors points).
