On their web page, I got this pop up. I have a long standing registration, just don't log in too often. After reading about people's GFOL and testspin balances disappearing, I found mine at 0. They want you to register again I guess. Just a heads up for anyone this affects. That and I am sorry for your pain. I feel it, too.
