whoa!! I just checked my balance and I thought it to be 26 or 28 dollars...but I got this message.....Your account balance is currently $0. Mine's there.....ALL OF IT. Hope you get the problem solved. I hate that. Still not sure why some companies do this. Maybe it is a computer glitch

I had a $15 balance last night and I cashed out. I then got a message saying "your check for $0 ". I sent them an email last night.

yup mine is gone too I had $36 waiting until I got to $50 this summer I thought and sent email they checked and said no I had not requested my money since Oct of 2002 and I had $0 rip off.....

Suggestion: ALWAYS take a screen shot of the page before you request the money. You will have proof that you did request it. I also take a screen shot of the page that follow, "your check for ..... will be sent..." Cut and paste these into the same page (I do this by sending myself an e-mail) and do not delete until the check arrives.

YES!!!!! Last week I noticed that my Greenfield account balance of $8 was there one day, and gone the next. I did not cash out...it just disappeared. I emailed help@greenfieldonline and sara@greenfield, but have not yet received any replies.

Obviously something malfunctioned....and Greenfield better fix it fast. I wonder how many accounts are affected.

Me, too. I only had around $12, but is was rightfully mine. Now it says $0, too. I would not have thought to check it, either. Will e-mail them.
