Unhappy Freeride new Free Newsletters

Has anyone signed up for any of these free newsletters? Are you getting any spam from them. I clicked on one hoping to get more info and I was automatically signed up. Hope I am not inundated with tons of spam.
TIA

Re: Freeride new Free Newsletters

You aren't really signed up until you confirm through the link they email you. Yes, you will get alot of emails, but unsubscribing takes a matter of seconds if you want the points.

Re: Freeride new Free Newsletters

Looks like you are automatically signed up--even if you don't confirm.

I just went to unsubscribe from 1 of the 3 I'd actually signed up for. Their site showed I was subscribed to 7, not 3! I wouldn't mind so much, except I only ever got credit for signing up for 3 of them.

Now I'm not subscribed to any. We'll see what happens next time I click on one of the links.

NO points!

I signed up for ALL of them, was NOT credited for even ONE! This was a week ago and still nothing. I confirmed every one too. Any ideas how to get my points for all ten of these? I am getting the emails so I must have done it right. THANKS

PS

I am getting all the emails but most automatically go to my bulk folder, not a terrible pain, but I WANT MY POINTS!

Re: Freeride new Free Newsletters

I suppose you could just unsubscribe from all of them, then re-subscribe. Maybe try signing up for just one every couple days. When one credits sign up for the next one. It may be all the subscription notices coming so close together are confusing the FreeRide computer. If it thinks they're just duplicates from a glitch in the newsletter co's computer, then it may be ignoring them.

Re: Freeride new Free Newsletters

Update on this. Now each of the newsletter links has this statement under it:

"Note: you must confirm your subscription in order to receive your Tokens and before you subscribe to another newsletter."

So if you haven't been credited for one of them, that's probably why. They're only worth 50 points each now though.

Anyone cashed out with them yet? I did on May 6 for a $25 Amazon gift cert, but haven't received it yet. Should I worry? It said 3-4 weeks.
