I've sent back the palm two weeks ago. Do they contact you by email if you qualified?

They never contacted me, the check just showed up.. You can call and ask them if they received the palm and when you can expect to get the check, I had to do that on the drink survey they had a while back. Their number is 1-888-280-0728. Good luck!

I did the snack food survey with the palm and haven't received my check yet. I called 1-888-280-0728 and it is for I-Trac (not sure if this is spelled correctly, but I remember seeing the name somewhere when doing the survey). The woman I talked to was very helpful, told me that they did receive it back on May 6th, and told me I did qualify for the incentive. She said I should expect the check on or around 6/17.

Today I got a check for $60.00 from the palm m105 snack study I finished on 6/16/04.

My mother got her cherck today and it was for $50 and we thought was going to be for $60. But she got $10 with her Palm. The check came 24 days after returning it that was pretty quick.
